Ask for a MILLIONAIRE LIFE Quick Pick Selection(s) from March 1 to 31, 2011 and receive a ticket with an 8-digit number(s) between 000000-01 and 999999-99. The number generated is unique to you, meaning it’s no longer available, and cannot be sold to any other player. There are three different ticket prices. receive one (1) Selection for $5; three (3) Selections for $10; or seven (7) Selections for $20.

Yes. Winning numbers will be drawn only from the numbers sold, guaranteeing a winning ticket for every prize.
Q. When do ticket sales begin and end?
MILLIONAIRE LIFE tickets are available from sales start-up on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 until 8:00 p.m. CT/7:00 p.m. MT/6:00 p.m. PT (Game Break) on Thursday, March 31, 2011. Players who purchase their tickets from March 1 to March 17, 2011 are eligible for the special 17 Early Bird prizes, in addition to the 32 Main prizes. The draw for all prizes will occur on Thursday evening, March 31, 2011.

The draw for MILLIONAIRE LIFE will occur on Thursday evening, March 31, 2011 in Montreal. The 17 Early Bird numbers and 32 Main prize numbers will be drawn at that time.
Q. Can players select their own 8-digit MILLIONAIRE LIFE number(s)?
No. All MILLIONAIRE LIFE Selections are generated by Quick Pick. This ensures that each 8-digit number sold is unique and cannot be sold to any other player. This is also part of how we can ensure there will be one winning ticket of the Top Prize from all the Selections sold.
Q. What is the deadline to be eligible for the Early Bird prizes?
Players must purchase their tickets by 11:59 p.m. CT/10:59 p.m. MT/9:59 p.m. PT on or before March 17, 2011 to be eligible for the Early Bird prizes. Sales made after those times will not include the Early Bird, and the Early Bird text will no longer appear on the ticket.
Q: Do players have to register on-line to be eligible for the Early Bird draws?
No. Simply by purchasing a MILLIONAIRE LIFE ticket by March 17th, players are eligible for all the game’s prizes. However, there is a separate Internet Contest running in conjunction with sales of MILLIONAIRE LIFE.

Yes. A winner of one of the 31 2011 Chevrolet Equinox second prizes or one of the 17 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Early Bird prizes can also opt for a $40,000 cash alternative.

Yes. EXTRA is available on MILLIONAIRE LIFE ticket(s) for an additional $1 per number. On a $5 Millionaire Life ticket you can enter one EXTRA, on a $10 ticket up to two EXTRA, and on a $20 ticket up to three EXTRA.
Q. The Top Prize on MILLIONAIRE LIFE is an annuity of $1 Million a year for 25 years. What is an annuity?
An annuity is a type of long-term investment purchased by the lottery from an annuity provider on behalf of the winner. Annuities allow significant prize payments to be made to winners over an extended period of time. The MILLIONAIRE LIFE Top Prize winner will receive a prize that includes twenty-five (25) payments of $1 Million for 25 consecutive years.
Q. Would the person who wins the Top Prize have to take the annuity, or is a cash option available?
The Top Prize winner has a choice between the 25-year annuity and a lump-sum payment of $17 Million.
Q. Why is the Top Prize cash alternative $17 Million as opposed to $25 Million?
This is the approximate cost of the 25-year annuity.
Q. What happens to the prize if someone chooses the annuity and passes away prior to the completion of the twenty-five (25) annual payments?

Players can begin to check and cash winning MILLIONAIRE LIFE tickets the morning after the draw on Friday, April 1, 2011.
Q. If I win the Early Bird prize, do I have a chance of winning any of the prizes offered on the Main Draw for MILLIONARE LIFE?
Yes. Even if one of the Selections is drawn for an Early Bird prize, it would still be eligible for a Main prize as well. To be eligible for the Early Bird prizes, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. CT/10:59 p.m. MT/9:59 p.m. PT on March 17, 2011.
Q. Can I win more than one prize on the Main Draw for MILLIONAIRE LIFE?
Each Selection has a chance at winning one prize on the Main draw. If you purchase more than one Selection, then each Selection has a chance of winning one prize on the Main Draw. A Selection that wins the Top Prize of $1 Million a year for life or one of the 31 second prizes of a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox is not eligible to win any subsidiary prize. Except for the Early Bird prizes, you cannot win more than one prize with any one Selection.
